Reports to: APAC FP&A Head

Role Purpose: ITC controller guarantees that control principles are respected and implemented across the ITC organization for the PEES, segment, ISE and all new upcoming business operations, and acts as a real business partner for the corresponding Business leader.

Consolidating of budget, forecasting and actual results and analysis requested by Regional / Segment/ Corporate Finance for ITC results. Monitor the Actual performance in terms of actual spend, Support the decision through data availability and actions in the ITC organization.

Major Accountabilities:

Primary duties:

·       Prepare Financial Budget and updates with Forecasts in coordination with Business and in line with the calendar for the complete R&D, Capex and SG&A spend, Legal entity financials (P&L and BS) and input data and information loading in Energy, uplan and Promis.

·       Prepare and analyze reports with Causal explanation (Variance analysis: HC, hours, labor rate, Costs…)

·       Monthly Flash preparation (by WD3 or as per Calendar) and Best Estimate (by WD7 or as per calendar) with proper causal and description and submission as per reporting calender

·       Analyze actual data, grant correctness of data and integrity, addressing the necessary adjustment to be posted to accounting team and or other department responsible

·       Prepare Causal and explanation (Variance analysis: FX impact, Costs…) for actual results vs Budget and or other scenarios by WD6 and or as per calendar

·       Monitor SG&A, R&D & Capex spend, and highlighting to business for any deviation and support in approval process.

·       Review KPIs & Implement Scorecard (all businesses in ITC) focusing on productivity and savings.

·       Present periodically financial results to ITC business leaders and CNH management

·       Support business decision with AdHoc analysis, including: business cases, profitability analysis, savings generated and explanation.

·       Process improvement & digitalization for better controlling and reporting

·       Co-ordinate with accounting and ICT function for establishing correct reporting structure in LN for any new business or changes in existing businesses.

·       Comply with CNHi Policies: finance, DOA and others.

·       Support audits

·       Maintain retrieves and databases needed for perform Controlling job

Participate to Business Review meetings

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Language(s):

Education/Qualifications:

Engineer + MBA with specialization in finance or CA or ICWA

Essential experience and skills

Experience 7-10 years

Expert in excel, data base maintenance, knowledge of ERP and consolidation is a plus

Decision Making and Learning Skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player

Leadership skills, integrity, ability to work under pressure in complex international environment

Strong analytical

Ability to work in matrix organization and with multicultural environment.

Language Requirement(s): Good English, both oral & written.

Main Key Internal and External Relationships:

Internal: All business verticals in Technology center: business leaders, global reporting team, Global Product Planners, R&D Controllers, Accounting, R&D Controllers, Treasury, Taxation, Compliance, Legal, other support functions.

External: Auditors

1.     Preparation, analysis & presentation of budgets, Forecasts, SBP and business cases
