Job Purpose
Responsible for the Current Product Quality within the GPP (Global Product Platform).
Key Responsibilities
- Properly identify, define, prioritize, and escalation of current product quality and reliability issues coming from Regional Quality Teams and through analysis of Global Warranty reporting tools.
- Active player on diagnosis , CPM and Platform Teams to develop action plans to drive continuous product improvement to meet warranty target (interacting with Current Product Managers).
- Initiate, submit and track approval and monitor all Product Improvement Programs.
- Coordinates, prioritizes, supports the Early warning activities.
- To create and maintain Quality & Reliability Roadmaps for assigned product lines to achieve Product Reliability (MERF) & Warranty Cost Targets (CORF) and share visibility.
Experience Required
•Good interpersonal skills and excellent teamwork attitude, autonomous and problem solver.
•A strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
•Language skills : high level spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- You have experience with product quality, reliability, or continuous improvement.
- You are highly analytical and data-driven.
