As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, and supporting users in their day-to-day activities. You will play a crucial role in customizing Salesforce to meet business needs and provide training and support to our team.
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing/visibility.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce features and functionalities to enhance business processes.
- Monitor data quality and perform regular data clean-up and maintenance tasks.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support business decision-making.
- Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they understand how to use the platform effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, making recommendations for enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and user access.
The annual salary for this role is $65,600 – $90,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification and/or Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
- Experience with data management, including data import/export and data quality tools.
- Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users.
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud is a plus.
